New CD gets airplay on Performance Today.
Bion Tsang and Anton Nel's new Brahms CD gets airplay on American Public Radio's Performance Today. The Adagio from Sonata for Violin and Piano in D Minor, Op. 108, closes Hour 2 of Performance Today on February 25, 2010.

The Austin American-Statesman calls cellist Bion Tsang and pianist Anton Nel “two of Austin’s busiest virtuosos,” and their newest live CD, featuring Brahms Sonatas for Cello and Four Hungarian Dances, is the latest chapter in their two-decade musical kinship.
To celebrate this new CD, available on Feb. 23 from Artek Recordings, Bion and Anton will be taping a performance for KLRU’s new fine arts series, “In Context” on Monday, Feb 22 at the KLRU studios. The duo has selected some of their favorite pieces for cello/piano from Brahms, Boccherini, Grieg, Rachmaninov and Shostakovich.
Bion Tsang returns to the Seattle Chamber Music Society for his 14th year.
He performs with pianists Adam Neiman and William Wolfram, violinists Lily Francis, Erin Keefe and Amy Schwartz Moretti, and violist Richard O'Neill in works by Beethoven, Elgar and Turina. For tickets or more information: www.seattlechambermusic.org.
